DESCRIPTION:Our yoga instructor, Marybeth Wood, is now offering chair yoga
 ! Marybeth studied at the Davenport School of Yoga and holds classes at Sc
 ott County jail, senior facilities, Bettendorf School of Yoga, the library
 , and even the privacy of individual's homes! She would love to share
  her journey with you through weekly sessions on Monday mornings. She has 
 taught students from 3 years old to 94 years young, so she is ready and wi
 lling to help you feel good with some light movements and stretching. She 
 states, "So if you are; old, young, thin or large, short or tall, fle
 xible or not so flexible..... take the plunge, give yoga a shot, you won&#
 039;t be disappointed".There is no cost to this program. If you care 
 to donate, Marybeth donates all proceeds to the Hampton Township Pantry to
  help aide our community members!We hope to see you soon!
