The East Moline Public Library has a new offering for those of us who have gained gray hair, a few wrinkles and a lot of wisdom! This on-going course over the next six weeks (longer if we love it!) where we will gather to discuss the physical, social, psychological, and spiritual changes that come with aging, and how to be happy & healthy in this time!

This workshop will be hosted by Marybeth Wood, who is a registered nurse with 40 years of experience. Additionally, Marybeth is also a Reiki practitioner, Alzheimer's support group leader, and yoga instructor.

Coffee & light snacks will be provided, a goodwill offering is suggested ($5/ session).
