Please review the Library's Meeting Room Policy before submitting a reservation.
Expectations:
- Persons must be 18 years of age or older to reserve any of the meeting rooms (Baecke A, Baecke B, Full Baecke Room, or Hoffman Room) and must be at least 13 years of age to reserve the Small Study Room.
- You shall be responsible for returning the room to its original setup. This includes cleaning tables, throwing away all trash, and sweeping the floor if needed. All reasonable precautions must be taken to avoid damaging equipment, furnishings and other library property. Nothing may be taped or otherwise attached to the walls.
- Misrepresentation of the above data or failure to abide by the rules established will be cause for denial of further use of the meeting/study rooms.
- The 2024 non-refundable service fee for private reservations of the Baecke Meeting Center is $50.
- Failure to notify library staff of a cancellation of a room reservation within 24 hours of the reservation 3 times will result in loss of room reservation privileges.
- Study Rooms may only be reserved for a maximum of two (2) hours per day.
