Get Carded at the East Moline Public Library! The library will be hosting a library card sign-up from 10AM-6PM on Thursday, April 27 in the Geraldine Baecke Meeting Center! All you need to bring is a photo ID and proof of East Moline, IL address. Anyone under 18 years of age will need a legal guardian's signature on the application! Come celebrate National Library Week by signing up for an East Moline Library Card and seeing all your local library has to offer!
