Event Details

Celebrate Halloween at our pet costume parade! Bring your pet in their cutest, spookiest, or goofiest costume and let them rock the runway! A prize will be awarded for the best dressed. Please complete the form below with some information about your pet so we know how to introduce them. All pets must be kept on a leash for the duration of the event. 

Are you not able to make it? Or is your pet  shy around crowds? Fill out the form and attach a photo to enter our virtual pet parade, and look for our contestants on the East Moline Library Facebook the week of October 14-18.

All are welcome to attend, even if you are not bringing a pet to participate-- come and cheer on our pawsome parade members!
