Join us for a movie day! As the cold weather roles in, we will be hosting movie showings indoors regularly. This time we will be showing The Great Gatsby:
An adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald's Long Island-set novel, where Midwesterner Nick Carraway is lured into the lavish world of his neighbor, Jay Gatsby. Soon enough, however, Carraway sees through the cracks of Gatsby's nouveau riche existence, where obsession, madness, and tragedy await.—Anonymous https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1343092/?ref_=nv_sr_srsg_3
All of the movies in this series are based off of books, so if you're interested in reading a copy please check our catalog or feel free to ask staff! The library will have free popcorn and water, while also providing some snacks for sale. See you soon!
