Design a tote bag using our Cricut software and machines. We will provide laptops to use and all the supplies. This is very limited so please make sure you're signed up!

The East Moline Public Library's programming policy states that if you are a no-show (with no cancellation) for 3 programs in a row, you will not be allowed to sign up for any of our programs for 3 months.
