Join MaryBeth Wood for a special yoga session centered on mat yoga and movement sessions meant to get the blood flowing and the body going! These sessions are appropriate for anyone from beginner to advanced skill sets.

Kids can enjoy different sensory stations in the children's area. We will also have sensory books available to check out. Sensory playtime is every other week and recommended for kids 0-5.
