Reserve a Room (by room)

One half of the large meeting room with a capacity of 16, set up with a boardroom style. This room also has sink access and a projector. Reservations can only be made by persons 18 years of age or older.

One half of the large meeting room with a capacity of 18 for a classroom style set up. This side has a projector and podium. Reservations can only be made by persons 18 years of age or older.

Combined large meeting room with a capacity of 40, with sink access, a projector, and a podium. Reservations can only be made by persons 18 years of age or older.

The special collections room is ideal for research, study groups, scanning materials, or viewing special collection materials. This room must always remain open to the public for retrieval of special collection materials and accessing the scanner, even when the room has been reserved. Patrons are encouraged to quickly and quietly retrieve materials as not to disturb groups who have reserved the room. Please note this is not a private room. For private meetings please reserve the study room or one of the Geraldine A. Baecke meeting rooms. 

A small study room for use of groups from 1 to 8. Reservations can only be made by persons 13 years of age or older.
