TAX PREP MUST BE SCHEDULED THROUGH UNITED WAY - The United Way is currently taking appointments. They are asking everyone to use  https://www.unitedwayqc.org/vita  and scroll down to Make Appointment. You can also access it from the main UW page by clicking on red information at top.
